Hey there! I’m a Canberra-based photographer specialising in food photography.
I take photos of food, and I make it look damn good. It’s my job to get those mouths watering, while also showcasing your venue’s unique brand and personality.
Whether it be a hotel, restaurant, bar, cafe or takeaway spot, I turn up to every shoot with your specific brand in mind, and I make sure your venue’s unique identity is reflected in the shots I take for you. You won’t find a one-size-fits-all approach here.
Your visuals should echo the essence of your venue, offerings, and voice. It goes beyond mere snapshots of food, staff, and spaces. It’s about uncovering the nuanced details that make your food, staff, and space stand out. Every element, from the colour palette and backdrops to lighting and composition, is given careful consideration.

THE PROCESS + PACKAGES
I’ll give you a buzz (or we can catch up for a drink if you’d prefer) to discuss your needs and get to know each other. During this discovery call, we’ll review what makes your business unique, locations, your story and style, and how you'll ultimately use your images.
Everyone’s focus and needs are different. As such, not every package will be the same. With prices starting at $500 ex GST, theres a package to suit every need.
Do you need regularly refreshed images? Let’s secure a retainer system - giving you peace of mind, knowing I’ll always be there to help freshen things up, keeping your brand visuals consistent and strong.
THE BASICS
Photography of up to one hour, and up to 20 dishes on a plain background - anything from white to wood to a colour of your choice.
This is what every venue needs for their menu - whether it be for website, online ordering platform, or delivery apps.
THE SOCIAL
Up to two hours, capturing a series of styled and creative images engineered to get mouths watering.
This is the imagery that sells your food.
Perfect for filling your social media feed, fleshing out the website, print (menus/posters/billboards etc), Google listings, media releases and EDM.
THE WORKS
Up to four hours, capturing an extensive suite of imagery, including everything from the first two packages, as well as wide shots of your venue, your staff, your service, your atmosphere and vibe.

DOUBLESHOT DEAKIN
If you know it you love it, and if you don’t know it you’re missing out. I work regularly with the Doubleshot team to capture images that are on-brand, in-line with their marketing/socials strategy, and effectively showcase their delicious food offering. Fun, vibrant, casual imagery for one of Canberra’s favourite cafes.
ROSA’S
One of Canberra’s newest arrivals, Rosa’s is a vibey casual spot nestled in The Lawns precinct. Perfect for sharing pizzas and sipping some vino. I regularly work with the team to capture imagery for socials, website, online ordering and various other collateral.
KINGSLEY’S CHICKEN
A Canberra icon in need of an image refresh. We photographed the entire product range with a more contemporary approach, as well as capturing some fun, dynamic images for use across socials, out-of-home print, and inside store.
QT CANBERRA / CAPITOL BAR + GRILL
I work closely with the QT Canberra team to regularly photograph new menus, special event promotional imagery, and other collateral needed. Bold, punchy, flashy vibes full of personality and just a little edge.
DENDY
Proudly exhibiting quality cinema and alternative content, Dendy required a refreshed image library to help with their positioning. Think ‘quirky, indie, arthouse vibes’, while also showcasing their IMAX capability and food offering.
GOOD NEIGHBOUR
One of Canberra’s newest cafes to become cemented as an absolute institution. Unbelievably tasty food and an ever-evolving matcha offering, plus baked goods too hard to say no to - I’ve popped in to photograph Good Neighbour several times, and eaten there myself even more often.
GOODBERRY’S
The Canberra dessert institution. You know it, you love it, you’ve spent more evenings here eating frozen custard with friends than you care to admit. Goodberry’s booked me to photograph their more savoury food selection, as well as some more updated, contemporary content for socials.
DEAKIN AND ME
‘A friendly cafe’. Say less. Great food and exceptional service. Owned and operated by hospitality veterans who understand the need for high quality photography, I pop in to capture content for the team each time the menu changes. Imagery is used primarily on social media, as well website and media releases.
TIGER LANE
More of a sensory experience than a dining destination, this Canberra food precinct echoes the hawker-style eateries found in the pan-Asian world. Contemporary, vibrant, eclectic and delicious. A total playground for a photographer. With this many venues all in one place, I’m in and out of here every month capturing updated imagery for the ever-changing menus.
